Attlee was vice-minister-president tijdens zijn bezoek. Pas op 27 juli 1945 werd hij premier Attlee was vice-prime minister at the moment of his visit. Only at the 27th of july 1945 he became prime-minister.

Judging by streetview, this seems to be another reversed image. The hill in the background slopes the other way.
