May as well have the streetview: www.google.ie/maps/@51.809513,-8.280779,3a,75y,74.26h,89.... I think it's camden fort rather than carlisle fort but maybe the view is symmetric

It's definitely taken from Camden fort. The wall in the far fort coming down at a 30 degree angle is here www.google.ie/maps/@51.8156227,-8.2619687,663m/data=!3m1!1e3 in Carlisle fort. There's no comparable structure looking the other way.
