This is actually "Crafton" not Grafton - Pennsylvania, a neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Building still stands at corner of E Crafton and Noble Aves Geotag: 40.435758, -80.064720 Streetview: goo.gl/maps/mEgRkLt5XYqSUzow6 The Boggs & Buhl department store led me to Pittsburgh then a little googling got me to the Grafton-Crafton label mistake. Then I followed an old streetcar map around Crafton till i found the corner.
