The J. N. Teal served along the Columbia River between Oregon and Washington. This photo was taken in the locks at the Cascades, which is the town of Cascade Locks today.

I think that's Shasta from the South, putting the photographer somewhere off of CA-89.

The lower, flatter peak (on the left) is Shastina. I'm not sure about the hill in front--might be McKenzie Butte?
