    There was the no. 9 Donnybrook and Phoenix Park via Merrion Square. This was a horse service from 1873 (Donnybrook), electrified in 1899. So, a rather wide date range, may be able to date no. 50 when I arise from my slumbers.

    Philip Cowman Census he is single and living with 4 others (assistants in the shop and a commercial traveller) in house 12 in Selskar Street, which is just down the road from where the picture was taken. I wonder if any of these men are standing outside of Cowmans shop?
