The bath cars or beach baskets are actually beach seats. In the pictures you only see single ones. There are in fact also double ones. They are quite cosy, quiet, simply great. Look for 'rieten strandstoel'

I remember the beach chairs - they were on all the beaches in holland into the early sixties... such nice hideways for the child I was!
