Looks like an R.E.8 or the similar B.E.2/B.E.12. The R.E.8 was known by the Cockney Rhyming expression 'Harry Tate' after a popular music hall performer of the time.

Parseval was the name of the designer, and there were 22 such ships built. This one could be the PL-18 No. 4
