This seems right, and he is "William George Bradley Craven, 5th Earl of Craven (31 July 1897 – 15 September 1932".) The photo is dated 7/17/15, and "Viscount Uffington" is crossed out. There is a Times article on 7/12/15 noting the arrival of the 18 year old (and slightly built) Viscount Uffington, 18 years old and on his way to join the Territorial Army in Bermuda. (maybe he's taking his own rifle with him?) He stated that he was leaving New York in 5 days. He was the son of the 4th Earl and his American wife, Cornelia Martin. This picture is really worth a thousand words. It tells a story of upper class society in Miss Kennedy's attire and her own dog. Even female idols of today have so called "designer dogs" like Paris Hilton's "tinkerbell."

This photograph exudes the aristocracy of society at the time. Her hat, full-length fur, and dog that she carries as an accessory familiarly channel celebrities today.

I believe her full name was Marian Kennedy. There was an article about this event (the first specialty show given by the American Pomeranian Club) in The New York Times, which took place in the sun parlor of the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City on January 10, 1911. 262 dogs took part, and the event featured many wealthy and notable personages. query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=9B07E4DB1331E233A...
