Yes it is In the immediate post war period Morane-Saulnier continued for a while to use their letter designation, in this case Type AR. This was however soon replaced by the much more convenient digit designation, in this case MS 35 EP2. Mexico bought at least six of the type and the one seen is serialled 8A100. Photo most likely taken before 1923. Stig
