This is Henry Van Dyke, clergyman, author and professor. He was also US Minister to the Netherlands during WWI so this probably on one of his trips to or from the Netherlands. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_van_Dyke The man on the far right is his son Tertius Van Dyke. (note his name is mispelled) Mrs. Hamilton Gibson is his daughter, Brooke. I haven't figured out who G.R. McLean is yet.

I found him. He must be Guy Richards McLane [note spelling], a stockbroker who was married to Dorothea Van Dyke, another daughter of Henry Van Dyke. Dorothea died in childbirth in 1912 and her husband and father founded "Dorothea's House" in Princeton in her memory. www.dorotheashouse.org/1913.html

There's one other misspelling, according to this genealogy www.vandyke-smith-family.com/vandyke-o/p30.htm#i2871 the other daughter's name should be Paula, not Faula.

James Eric Drummond, 7th Earl of Perth[a] GCMG, CB, PC (17 August 1876 – 15 December 1951) was a British politician and diplomat as well as the first Secretary-General of the League of Nations (LN) (1920–1933). After his time with the League of Nations he became British ambassador to Rome (1933–1939) and later, chief adviser on foreign publicity in the Ministry of Information (1939–1940).
