The Twin Otter is indeed a model number DHC-6. I cant see the entire registration number but the CA at the end of it most likely denotes that this Allegheny Commuter plane was owned by Clark Aviation aka Pennsylvania Commuter Airlines.

At Brackenridge, four electric arc furnaces melt stainless and other specialty materials for subsequent refining in a 125-ton argon-oxygen decarburization (AOD) vessel which feeds a continuous caster. Slabs and other specialty steel ingots are hot rolled on a six-stand hot strip mill for shipment to other plants. Brackenridge also finishes certain stainless steel, silicon electrical steel and other specialty alloy sheet and strip.
