Is this the balloon launched from atop the John Wanamaker store in Philadelphia?

It does look like that balloon. Seems to be a July 8, 1911 date on there.

Given the date, this is perhaps taken on the roof of Wanamaker's - we see images elsewhere in the set. One wonders what the goal of that day's flight was.
