Not the Heinrich Pursuit. "..the Pursuit was a single-bay, unequal-span biplane..." This is clearly a monoplane. Heinrich supposedly only designed the one plane... any ideas?

NASM archives has same photo but dated 1912. Arthur Heinrich in front of aircraft, Albert Heinrich in cockpit.

Brothers Albert and Arthur Heinrich "Osprey" monoplane built in Baldwin , Long Island , New York spring 1911. ( Brooklyn Daily Eagle August 27,1911: same photo) The magazine "Aircraft" , September 1911, has the same photo, an advertizement with same photo and an article by the Heinrich's describing this aircraft. The Heinrich brothers built their first monoplane in May 1910.
