    Early 1980s. Still trying to determine sand bag layout for WWI gallery... 1-2 high yet... simple to rearrange. Once finalized, bags were piled 6 high, and sprayed a mixture of green, brown and black paint for weathering.

    Early 1980s. WWI gallery is almost finished. Sandbags are six high and spray-painted green/brown/black for weathering. Balloon basket is about to be suspended from ceiling (empty rope harness).
