  1921 is far too early. The Swift had not been delivered that early. US Navy files lists A-6056 having an accident (minor one) on October 23, 1924 but due to late rescue it was salvaged to provide spares for A-6057. I am quite positive this is what we are looking at. Stig

  My files state that the Swift A-6056 was received by NAS Anacostia on 29.6.1922. It went to NAS San Diego on 3.1.1924. So unless J. Haase took this photo elsewhere it is from 1924. Stig
