Does cowboy park mean rodeo? If so, in México is called lienzo charro, and the photo seems it was taken on the wall of the corral. Althoug is in doubt if you link this picture with photos 2198-6 and 2198-16 of your Bain Collection. El 2 de junio de 1911 Madero inicia un largo viage desde Piedras Negras Coahuila, pasa por varias ciudades importantes como Torreón (dia 4), Zacatecas, etc. para llegar a la Ciudad de México el dia 7. Esta foto en Wikipedia dice que es llegada de Madero a Pachuca en 1910. En seguida hay otra con mayor acercamiento, en la cual Madero se ve usando un traje mas claro, y dice que es llegando a Pachuca en 1911. Hay algunas fotos de 1910 en esta colección cuyos Call nrs. son muy cercanos al de esta imagen.
