Mills Building, from Bush & Sansome.
The two windows top corner suggest this is the Mills building that still exists today. We could be looking at it from any direction but the building to the right looks like the Fairmont. This means we must be on Bush looking west. That would make the near intersection Sansome so the building on the corner of Bush and Sansome was the First National Bank. This photo must be a few days after the quake as the road has been cleared and the top 7 floors of the First National Bank have already been taken down.
