    RIVERA RETURNS TO MEXICO

    Special Correspondent to the Express.
SAN LUIS POTOSI, Mexico, Oct., 20 - Liberado Rivera, the agitator and companion of Ricardo Flores Magon, who has been released from the penitentiary at Ft. Leavenworth, Kans., with the understanding that he immediately abandon the United States, has telegraphed relatives here that he will come to San Luis Potosi to locate. Rivera fled from Mexico uring President Diaz's reign but returned for a time during the recent revolution and again left in 1915.
  • The Library of Congress said:
buckeye616: Thank you for the information about Rivera's first name. Some newspapers (New York Times) cite him as Librado, while others (San Francisco Chronicle, San Antonio Express) use the first name of Liberado. We will include both variants in the record when we update the database.
