It appears to be about 16 feet square with a sleeping loft. Minimal houses like this avoid lots of problems. You don't have to sign a 30-year mortgage and you can handle repairs yourself, They are easier to heat in cold Canadian winters. In this case, you don't even have to mow the grass. How much room do you really need?
