With his second wife, Gloria Morgan Vanderbilt (1904-1965) married March 6, 1923). She is Anderson Cooper's maternal grandmother. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gloria_Morgan_Vanderbilt Aha! See this photo on Wikimedia Commons: commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Reginald_C._Vanderbilt_an... Caption: Reginald C. Vanderbilt and Gloria Morgan Vanderbilt, returning from their European honeymoon Date 1923 Source Vogue Vol 62 Iss 7. 1923-10-01 They are in the same clothes, and on the same ship, no doubt. (Edit. If you look at the two photos, the subjects likely are standing in the exact same location on the ship. The doorway above Reg. Vanderbilt is visible in the Vogue photo. Hair, clothes, and Gloria's hands appear to be in the same positions. I think the LOC photo shows them looking at the Vogue photographer off camera on the right here. Likely a photo-op attended by several photographers.) The Date was 1923. Vogue article says the ship was the Leviathan: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SS_Leviathan 1923 date agrees with service of that ship.
