  Photo appears to be dated 9/11/11 on the bottom of left side, and 3/1/12 on the left side of bottom. First date match's @frapit's arrival date in New York. A trained eye might recognize the hill line, maybe along the East River on the way to Brooklyn Navy Yard? LOC has a number of photos of the Utah and keel of the New York from the same day and next day.
