Sea Breeze Hospital www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q107772574 Sea Breeze Hospital was on Coney Island and was associated with Rockefeller University. Sea Breeze Jr. was their program for small children.

According to a contemporary pediatrics textbook I have, infant mortality in NYC tenements was >10% in the summer time, and 80% of that was due to diarrheal illnesses. That is presumably what prompted this charity.
