March 22, 1977: Put into storage at Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) Arizona. Assigned five digit MASDC Process Control Number (PCN): 1S664. March 14, 1984. One of many sold off that year to Allied Aircraft Sales, Tucson AZ. Subsequently scrapped and salvaged.

    Research has revealed this was Grumman TS-2A Tracker BuNo 136458. Civilian Registration N400DF. Operated for California Division of Forestry as air tanker number 70. Delivered to Hemet Valley Flying Services CA. from MASDC Davis-Monthan AFB AZ in 1971. Stored until 1973 when converted to tanker by HVFS with CDF prototype tank design. Retired to Hemet by 1983, stripped for parts and scrapped by 1987. Struck-off US Civil Register August 1988.
