Air US also flew some Handley Page HP-137 Jestreams and even ordered a couple of the re-worked Grumman Gulfstream (Stretched) G-1Cs. However when Allegheny changed its name to USAir, to avoid confusion of names Air US was inclined to change their name to Excellair. After that, they promptly went out of business.

That Piper PA-23-250 belongs to Phillips Airlines that was based over in Valparaiso, Indiana. The flew between OHare, Valparaiso, La Porte and Michigan City over in Indiana. You can also see the tail section of a Midstate Airline Meto II with their old "M" logo on the tail. These photo was taken on the old Commuter Terminal Ramp between the old International Terminal One and the Butler Aviation terminal. At the present time, this place is where United Airlines Terminal One Concourses B and C are..
