    In the background a PBY Catalina of Patrol squadron 51 (VP-51). The presence of the PBY is as part of the Neutrality Patrols put into place by President Roosevelt after the start of World War II in Europe. After all these years, no one has realized the location given (Place: Punta Borinquen) is wrong. It is Puerto Rico, but not Punta Borinquen. This location is Isla Grande airport, San Juan, PR. Note the location, it is almost sea level. Aviation operations at Punta Borinquen are not at sea level.
