Google Maps is telling me that this is actually in Co. Carlow. The border is the river Clody behind the camera.

St. Mary's Convent, Newtownbarry, Co. Wexford

On the OS 25" map, you can see the two greenhouses pictured.

There is a history of the school and convent available here. "One of the sisters who had a deep and lasting influence on the life of the Convent in Bunclody was Mother Victoire Henahan. She had come to the convent as Superior in 1883 at the age of twenty nine and she was also in charge of the secondary school for a number of years." There's also a picture of one of the classrooms: www.flickr.com/photos/nlireland/6045408726/

It's pre-1934 anyway... the gap between the first and second buildings is now filled with a building dated '1934'

The tree in the cage behind the post box 'escaped' sometime between August 2018 and August 2019. See streetview.

The DIA says the Tackaberry shop at right is dated 1910. The postbox is an ER one, after 1901.
