Hi, I'm an admin for a group called Jewish People and History - Ancient and Modern, and we'd love to have this added to the group!

A shabbily dressed man probably exhausted from working at a sweatshop. He no doubt lived in a crowded tenement, so he's better off resting on a park bench.

Bearded young Jewish worker napping. Definitely a fave. I just wish the Yom Kippur collection this came from had a lot more candid photos like this.

The tonality of this shot is wonderful. I wish that some of my modern-day photos captured as good of a range of light and shadow. -- Seen in your News in the 1910s set. (?)

Oh my god! I remember seeing this picture like three years ago. It creeps me out so much. They look like they're dead.
