I believe this is specifically the Yeni Valide Mosque (Valide-i Cedid Camii) in Üsküdar (Scutari). It was built around 1708-1710. (according to the Wikipedia article). Wikipedia also has a modern photograph. The LOC has two images of this mosque in their Abdul-Hamid Collection: http://www.loc.gov/pictures/collection/ahii/item/2003668398/ (You can see the wire-dome in the bottom right) http://www.loc.gov/pictures/collection/ahii/item/2003663369/

Thanks! It does look as though it's the Yeni Valide Mosque (Valide-i Cedid Camii). We're glad you found the Abdul-Hamid photographs useful. I think we may have an additional view by Sebah & Joaillier in the Prints & Photographs Online Catalog: www.loc.gov/pictures/item/2004666774 We'll add information to the description when we next update it.

I was having a hard time finding the right name for this mosque because this mosque and the link you gave for the Sebah photograph both have such similar names, but they are different. The one for this page is in the Anatolian side of Istanbul in Üsküdar. The one you linked to is right by Topkapı palace and the Egyptian spice bazaar in the historic peninsula (Wiki info here). Unfortunately, they essentially have the same name and look fairly similar.
