  On May 21, 1881, Clara Barton hosted the first official meeting of the American Red Cross at her Washington, D.C., home. The organization continues to provide humanitarian aid during conflicts and natural disasters.

  The caption of the same photo in www.myhometown.ie/Dublin_North/Arbour_Hill/Panoramic_view... says that this is the King George V Hospital in Dublin, now the St Bricin's Military Hospital.

  The NIAH says :Saint Bricin's Military Hospital was built from 1902, and first occupied in 1913, when it became known as King George V Hospital.
