I found two look-alikes that are identified as American La France. These aren't definitive. If anyone else finds better information please correct this. I've removed the Osh Kosh tag and added an American La France and Marmon Herrington tag. These suggest the vehicle may be a late 1940s or early 1950s model. I think the pickup is a 1960s model. It's an American La France O-10, O11 A or O-11B. As used by the USAF as a Airfield Crash Tender. Built between 1951 and 1959. And in use until 1970s.

I have finally got the definite answer. The Fire Crash Tender is an A.L.F. Type: O11-A. (The O-11B had a split dual cab door as seen in the second photo from 'Precious Amount' in the comment above).
