    Given the M113 mounted M61 Vulcan 20mm cannon (possibly an early version of the M163 Vulcan Air Defense System (VADS)), the (7.62x51 NATO?) rounds, and Gatling Gun (possibly an M134 Minigun) on the table, these may be personnel related to General Electric (GE), the original developers and manufacturers of both the M61 and M134. NOTE: Looking at this photo at its largest resolution, the two gentlemen on the right side of the frame appear to be wearing General Electric name tags.
