Failed to recover from a dive 09/10/38 and crashed. The pilot and passenger were killed. Impressed into RAAF Service 22/07/40 as RAAF Serial No. "A7-103". 3 EFTS (22/07/40), 1 EFTS (2/12/40) Crashed on landing 22/01/41 at Parafield. To spares 24/02/41.
