    The NIAH and DIA both say that it was designed by Atkins around 1868-1870. But the NIAH goes on to say"Burnt in 1889. Extensively reconstructed, c. 1890, to the designs of J.F. Fuller. "

    Nature: Gardener's lodge, for Sir Arthur Guinness.
    Contractor: Millard.
    Estimated cost £2,256.
    Also gate piers and shelters.
