This glacier is now divided in two where the low part at the bottom of the valley is doomed to melt and disappear unless a major shift in glacial accumulation and transport from the top of the glacier is re-established. While physical approach to the glacier itself is possible it is stricly recommended to keep proper distance as the glacier is constantly yielding ice rockets.
