  Does look like Budapest. Széchenyi Chain Bridge is the formal name of the bridge. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sz%C3%A9chenyi_Chain_Bridge . post 1849 when the bridge opened.

In the 1910s and 1920s, she played leading soprano parts in Budapest, Vienna, London and on Broadway. According to Richard Traubner, Sári Petráss and Sári Fedák remain "the two best-remembered Hungarian female operetta stars of all time." "In March 1917 Petráss married Felix A. E. Soerlmerhoff [note added 3/7--actually Sommerhoff], a broker from Cedarhurst, New York."

She is a native of Hungary, but was for many years one of the favorites of the London stage. She is 28 and Felix is 31.
