Does look like Budapest. Széchenyi Chain Bridge is the formal name of the bridge. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sz%C3%A9chenyi_Chain_Bridge . post 1849 when the bridge opened.

Brentano's NYT obit notes he died at the home of his daughter Carola B. Anderson in Larchmont, NY.
