    This must be a dreidel from Israel since it has the letter Pay - פ which stands for the word Poh, meaning "here." It would say - Nes gadol hayah poh - a great miracle happened here - referring to the miracle of the Maccabees defeating the Greeks in the land of Israel. Dreidelach from chutz la'aretz (the other lands, the diaspora) say - Nes gadol hayah sham - a great miracle happened there - again, referring to the miracle in Israel.
