See similar photo www.flickr.com/photos/powerhouse_museum/3283280193/in/pho... . ? Top of Mosman Bay (low tide), near corner of Avenue Road and Millett Street. Same oddly fenced off trees. The group of people look very serious, as if at a memorial service. Or maybe a real estate auction?! The man with the stick is the auctioneer . . .
