This one looks coronation-ish to me. Which means it could be London. (From looking through what feels like half the Clonbrock collection the other day for the parade.)

Burroughs, Wellcome & Co were founded in 1880 as a pharmaceutical company. The buildings here were only recently demolished, following the closure of the Burroughs Wellcome works. Though close to London, Dartford is most definitely in the county of Kent.
