Burroughs, Wellcome & Co were founded in 1880 as a pharmaceutical company. The buildings here were only recently demolished, following the closure of the Burroughs Wellcome works. Though close to London, Dartford is most definitely in the county of Kent.

It has to be after January 1901 - otherwise it would be just Queen. You can also see an "EA" on the arch - so it's definitely referring to Edward and Alexandra.

This one looks coronation-ish to me. Which means it could be London. (From looking through what feels like half the Clonbrock collection the other day for the parade.)
