    The detail page for this photo identifies the motorist as Lois Giddens. Maybe she dumped the guy in the driver's seat and ran off with the Highway Patrolman.

    It just wasn't a good day for Lois as later she had an engine fire! SMH!   Good thing the Florida Highway Patrol was still on the scene ;)

    BTW, Florida Highway Patrolman L.R. Marchington became Police Chief of the Maitland (Florida) Police Department in 1955 and served until 1960. [1 ]
