  Stinsens (stationsinspektorns) residens i Stationsparken i Vasa. Husets adress är Semaforsgränden 2. Det var en smal, kort genväg, som började vid Bommen, det vill säga där bommen vid järnvägsövergången gick ner tvärs över Storalånggatan. I dag heter den officiellt Semaforsgränden (språkriktigare Semaforgränden). Till höger järnvägsspåret till och del av fasaden tid en tågverkstad och ratamestarin konttori (vet ej svenska översättningen).
