    To me, it appears as if their caps say, "Fighter Aces Tournament 1978" but the images are not clear. The young gal's banner appears to read "Miss Fightertown". As it appears the two gents in front are using shovels, it must be some kind of groundbreaking ceremony accompanied by a golf tournament...? Perhaps there is something in your archives...but it does appear to have taken place in San Diego (Miramar).
