Suck Diesel Let’s presume there were some transcription errors. Major could me Mayor and Mayor of somewhere makes sense. Hewly I see is a surname, but I cannot see a place name that would have a Mayor? If hewly was mis transcribed, what could it be to satisfy it having a Mayor?
