  John and Mary Harpur in Blackstone in 1911 with their sons Michael, Nicholas and uncle Matthew. I don't see a likely marriage record for Michael or Nicholas. From their marriage record, we learn Mary was née Coady. So here are younger brothers John, born 1914 and Martin, 1918. No further sign of Martin in the records. John Senior died in 1920. Aha! First possibility, John Harpur of Blackstone marries Annie Scallan in July 1939. Witnesses Matthew Harpur, Joan Sinnott, wedding at Tacumshane.

  If Uncle Matthew is in the picture, this must be 1905. I don't think the fashions line up with that, though.

  Nicholas had a twin brother Matthew. But he died at 8 mths old.

  There's a description of the Harpur-Scallan wedding in the New Ross Standard of 18 August 1939. John Harpur is described as the second son of the late John and Mrs Harpur of Duncormack. The bride is Ann Dympna (Nancy) Scallan, daughter of Mrs Scallan and the late James of Bunargate Tacumshane. She was given away by her uncle, Mr. P Synnott (1 Pearse St, Dublin). The officiant was Rev. J. Nolan of Tacumshane, assisted by Rev. M. O'Byrne of Our Lady's Island. The bridesmaid was Miss Joan Synnott (Killinick), cousin to the bride. The best man was Matthew Harpur, brother of the bridegroom. The wedding breakfast was at Clancy's Hotel, Wexford, and the happy couple went to Dublin for their honeymoon.
