Fusilier, Not guards. What is the numbers/letters on the Sergeants epaulette as this will give the regiments identity.

Very likely Royal Irish Fusiliers. Their collar badge was a Coronet in silver, worn near the opening in the collar, and a grenade in gold embroidery. As far as I know only one other regiment had two badges on their collar and that was the Seaforth Highlanders.
