  The Hospital for Deformities and Joint Diseases was located at 1919 Madison Avenue in Harlem. The building no longer stands. It was across the street from Mount Morris Park (now Marcus Garvey Park). The hospital dispensary was aound the corner at 41-43 East 123rd St. According to the NY Charities Directory the dispensary treated 500-700 patients daily (1/4 of them polio victims).
