This photo was in the The Sunday Oregonian. (Portland, Ore.) 1881-current, February 16, 1913, SECTION FIVE, Image 65 with the caption "The Baroness von Radeck has re turned to the United States on account of the death of her mother at the family home in Burlington, N. J. She will remain there for a short time before returning to Europe. Her husband did not accompany her. The Baroness was Miss Marguerite Vivienne Burton, of B.urlington, N. J. Her first husband was named Birch. On the death of her first husband she traveled much in Europe. Some question was raised by New Tork society papers about the correctness of the Baron's title at the time he was introduced to society by Tom Beatty, who was at one time 4he social secretary of Senator Brice. The Baron has lived much in London. The Baroness is accounted one of the most beautiful of American women abroad." oregonnews.uoregon.edu/lccn/sn83045782/1913-02-16/ed-1/se...
