    There was a "Colonial Theatre" in the nearby Seaside Park, on the southwest corner of Stockton Avenue and Boulevard, s. books.google.ch/books?id=hI-HGsD1oocC&pg=PA51#v=onepa.... A comment in cinematreasures.org/theaters/15534 states that it was remodeled in 1937, closed in August 1973 and demolished on July 28, 1981 to make way for the construction of 11 townhouses. This is certainly the same theatre, which stood here (see the houses in the background).
