This is Plaza San Martin at Buenos Aires, but at left it is NOT COLON theater that it's a couple of kilometres away..!

The building there wad the "Pabellón Argentino". It wad part of the Universal Exposition in Paris and was transported back to Argentina when the exposition was over. The building was demolish later and almost all the structure was lost.
