Looking at this picture does anyone else think Pen-y-Gadair (summit of Cadair Idris) has got a lot pointier over the last century? Due to erosion of course, and mostly I would guess from the boots of the thousands of people who climb it every year. Tried to find a recent shot on Flickr from a similar angle for comparison - this is the closest I could find, can anyone else oblige? wrt the sunset comment this view is facing north-east so I think it must be a sunrise! Incidentally the correct spelling is "Dysynni". Brilliant shot in any case, it would be great to see it in the Old Tywyn and Dysynni Valley group. Thanks so much for sharing these old photos.
