  According to cinematreasures.org/theaters/20539 "The Cactus Drive-In was the first drive-in theatre in the state. It was opened September 26, 1947 with Fred MacMurray & Anne Baxter in “Smokey”." Address is 1610 Yale Boulevard SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106
